Each member must:
- Bring a contribution to the GRAP, and/or to some of its members, by responding to support requests, providing references, encouraging reflection on common problems of either professional or administrative nature (e.g. billing, financial, legal, etc.), sharing intelligence, approaches, tools, methodologies, etc. The notion of support and sharing is a fundamental axis of the GRAP.
- Ensure and regularly verify customer satisfaction in accordance with the GRAP’s principle of excellence of its members and the quality and assessment of their contributions.
- Act to maintain the good reputation of the GRAP and help promote its brand image.
- Contribute to the influence of the GRAP and, in this regard, use GRAP branding tools: the logo, website, email address provided by the GRAP, etc.
